Installation

At Floorscapers we have gone to great lengths to insure your flooring selection will be installed in the same detail-focused manor as it was manufactured. Your installation team has been rigorously trained on the removal of your existing flooring for the best possible foundation.

When the existing flooring is removed and our detailed inspection is completed in most cases we are able to install your new products without any fixes other than the recommended underlayments.

If it is necessary we will prepare your sub-flooring for any defects we may find which could include- replacing loose nails with wood screws to help correct squeaking floors and sometimes it may even be necessary to shim the floor joists to correct the problem, apply a stabilizing liquid patch to any rough spots and also level any low areas, apply smooth wood underlayments and in some cases use waterproof cement boards to stabilize and protect. Finally our Floorscapers team will remove animal odors and stains while also sealing your subfloors. Your insured and bonded installation team will walk you through the installation, give you instructions on the maintenance and care and if and when your are completely satisfied they will pack up there tools and leave you to enjoy your incredible new flooring.
